Dr. Roland Busch serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Siemens AG, one of Europe's leading technology companies with nearly €80 billion in revenue and over 300,000 employees worldwide. Born in Erlangen, Bavaria in 1964, Busch represents a remarkable three-decade career progression within Siemens, having joined the company in 1994 and ascending through various leadership positions to become CEO in 2021, succeeding Joe Kaeser. As a physicist by training with a doctorate in quantum chromodynamics from Friedrich Alexander University, Busch brings a unique combination of deep technical expertise and strategic business acumen to his leadership role.
