Oliver Bäte serves as Chairman of the Board of Management and Chief Executive Officer of Allianz SE, one of the world's leading insurance companies with annual revenues of approximately €152 billion. Born on March 1, 1965, Bäte has been at the helm of Allianz since 2015, driving the company's strategic transformation through his "Heritage and Renewal" agenda focused on growth, digitalization, and operational excellence.
