Joachim Kreuzburg

Dr. Joachim Kreuzburg stands as one of the most transformational leaders in the global biotechnology industry, having served as Chairman and CEO of Sartorius AG for over two decades from 2003 to 2025. Under his visionary leadership, Sartorius evolved from a regional laboratory equipment company into a global leader in bioprocessing and laboratory technologies. During his tenure, he orchestrated remarkable growth that saw the company's revenue increase more than seven-fold from approximately €0.5 billion to €3.4 billion, while profits expanded twenty-six-fold to around €1 billion.
