A seasoned healthcare executive with over 30 years of experience across Healthcare Services, Medical Technology, and Pharmaceuticals, Giza has consistently driven transformational change throughout her career. She joined Fresenius Medical Care in 2019 as Chief Financial Officer and later assumed additional roles as Deputy CEO and Chief Transformation Officer in 2022, where she spearheaded the FME25 transformation program focused on optimizing performance and driving strategic growth. Her leadership philosophy centers on creating long-term value for shareholders and stakeholders while fostering innovation in patient care.
