Converge Technology Solutions Corp was a Canadian software-enabled IT and Cloud Solutions provider founded in 2017 and headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. The company specialized in delivering advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, application modernization, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, digital infrastructure, and digital workplace offerings with the mission of 'Empowering People, Powering Outcomes.' Converge operated as a platform of regionally focused hybrid IT infrastructure providers across North America, delivering comprehensive technology solutions to address business and IT challenges for public and private-sector organizations. The company built its business through an aggressive acquisition strategy, acquiring 33 companies with Stone Group being their final acquisition in September 2022. Converge served diverse markets including healthcare, finance, retail, manufacturing, and the public sector, providing managed services, talent services, and selling hardware and software products through partnerships with over 1,000 leading technology companies including Dell, IBM, NVIDIA, and HPE. With approximately 3,000 employees across three operating segments—North America, Germany, and UK—the company generated annual revenues of $724 million. Converge traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol CTS after graduating from the TSX Venture Exchange in February 2021. In February 2025, H.I.G. Capital acquired Converge Technology Solutions for C$5.50 per share in cash, valuing the enterprise at approximately C$1.3 billion. Following the acquisition, Converge was merged with Mainline Information Systems to form Pellera Technologies, operating as a subsidiary while continuing to deliver outcomes-driven technology services with 24/7 support and personalized solutions designed to make technology simple, approachable, and seamlessly integrated for organizational growth and innovation.
